Matters but not a priority

I conducted a survey wanting to know how many people prioritize there health. 46.56 percent does value their health while the other 44.44 percent don’t have their as a priority. The 45.56 percent that participate in sports are able to keep their health on track.

Only twelve percent of the people that took the survey participate in board games. This means that it’s only a few people that want value their mental health and the want to keep it on check. Most people don’t know that board games like mind games helps one to think clear because it acts like a stress reliever. Board games elavates our minds.

Twenty two percent play basketball and the other twenty percent participate in athletics. This is a good number of people that want to keep their metabolism rate and have strength.

According to this survey I believe that many people might not be aware that participating in sports is not only for the talented or professional but also for anyone who want to be healthy leaving.

I think it is time for everyone to reschedule the activities and fix any sports during there past time for them to participate in instead of heading for movies switch it up.

Softer Health

It is time that we should literally keep our health soft meaning it is time to get mentally, physically and emotionally fit and healthy,go soft on it. Soft ball is a gmae that requires multiple skills and as a result it provides total body fitness,it is a package deal. Coordination from different which comes in attempt to throwing, fielding and running. There is so much that goes on during this particular game that helps one to keep a close eye on their health.
As much as going to the gym has anaerobic benefit from all the weight lifting, softball provides that too but not by lifting weights. It is practically has explosive action which comes out from all the throwing,jump offs from the bases, hitting and quick swing movements. Those who play soft ball need throwing as well as acceleration.
Currently obesity and excess fat is a major problem, this is due to the people’s way of life and not knowing that they are basically what they eat. Playing softball helps one shed atleast 200 calories only for an hour. Take softball as a past time activity and get your health on track doesn’t cost a dime.
